Karl is a leader. He is "out front" leading the way and leads by example. I have only ever had positive feedback from the wide range of stakeholders he worked with.

I started the sessions without a clear direction to head towards. Now I feel Karl has laid out the road map clearly for me with the skills to pick my route through it. I was slightly daunted by the prospect at the outset but needn't have been. Karl made me feel completely comfortable, had patience with me when I was struggling to grasp concepts and yet allowed me the latitude to explore issues that cropped up along the way. For me it was an enlightening experience - Karl helped me learn things

about myself I had not found out in the previous 35 years. It was liberating

to be given the reins but know that there was an expert riding pillion. As a result of our sessions I have become more aware of my impact on my team. I am more aware of the people I am leading rather than just the job they are doing.

Karl’s fearless deep coaching unshackled me from a lifetime imprisonment of my inner critic and shame that had me playing small. I rediscovered how to live feeling radically alive with a sense of clarity, purpose and confidence as I expand in all areas of my life.

Karl's holding of the space was incredible. I knew how powerful he was but he blew me away with the way he prepared  and then delivered the structure for the sessions. It was the embodiment of deep leadership.
